Returning Grantees

Victoria Foundation grants are not a commitment of annual support.  Only invited current grantees will receive an email in December or June to submit a new proposal for consideration.  

Timeline for Spring 2019 cycle:

  • January 17, 2019:  Application Deadline
  • June 2019:   Status Notification emails to returning applicants
  • July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020:   Award Period

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Links to the online application will be emailed by invitation-only to current grantees.

Applications are only accepted through our online system. The following sections are required within the Online Application:

  • Eligibility Quiz
  • Organization or Fiscal Sponsor’s Tax ID Number
  • Organization Information, Mission, Primary Services, Staff Numbers, Annual Budget
  • Contact Information for Executive Director, Project Director, Board Chair
  • Project Title, Statement, and Narrative
  • Benchmarks and Evaluation
  • Newark Stats and Budget (if applicable)
  • Attachments: Interim Reports and Financials; Annual Budget; Project Budget; 3-year Record of Support; Current Board List; Form 990; IRS Determination Letter; Audit

Please note: Out of fairness to applicants who adhere to the guidelines, applications that do not conform to the stated procedures will be rejected.
